Fixed steel strip requires horizontal bundling

Horizontal bundling can ensure even force distribution on the steel strip, with a fixed top and bottom edge of 22cm. (Installation technique: When installing the steel strip, it is best to measure the template with a steel ruler and nail 3-4 small nails around the same height of the template. When installing the steel strip, place it on the nails to maintain its horizontal installation.). When installing screws, the tightness of each screw should be consistent to ensure the consistency of the steel strip tightness and construction safety (installation reminder: it is best to use the same person to reinforce the screws on the same column). After the template is closed and reinforced, the bottom circular plane of the template should be 0.5-1cm away from the ground and filled with concrete.

Protect the template

After the steel strip is installed, in order to protect the formwork, four 5 * 10cm wooden beams should be vertically added around the formwork, and four steel pipes should be used to fix the wooden beams. The optimal spacing between each layer of steel pipes should be 100cm. This not only protects the wooden formwork, but also buffers the pressure of the vibration rod, making the concrete effect better. At the same time, this protection is also conducive to the vertical positioning of the formwork, forming a whole under the force of the formwork, and achieving secondary reinforcement.

Pouring concrete into the formwork

Concrete poured with cylindrical wooden formwork can be poured in one go within a height of seven meters, and it is recommended to pour in two times for heights above seven meters. The second pouring can be carried out 30-60 minutes after the first pouring.

1. The free height of concrete falling from the pump pipe mouth shall not exceed 2 meters. If it exceeds 2 meters, the method of extending the hose or stringing the tube shall be adopted.

2. When using an immersion vibrator, it should be inserted quickly and pulled slowly. When vibrating the upper layer, it should be inserted 5-10cm into the lower layer to prevent over vibration/back vibration. The vibrating rod should not touch the steel bars and formwork.

3. The concrete for column walls should be poured and compacted layer by layer, with each layer's pouring thickness controlled at around 500 mm. The concrete feeding points should be arranged in a dispersed and continuous manner, and the duration of concrete pouring should be controlled well
